In Memory of Dr. George Tiller, 1941-2009

In Dr. Tiller's memory, we are determined to honor his life and work by fighting to keep clinics safe and open, and to speak the truth about abortion-it saves women's lives

Without clinics there is no choice - we need your help to keep clinics open, accessible, and safe!

Stop funding for Fake Clinics and Abstinence-Only Programs!

Abstinence as a family planning policy really sucks. It’s time to demand better U.S. policies and increased funding for reproductive health here and around the world. Sign the petition.

They advertise as so-called “Crisis Pregnancy Centers” or “Pregnancy Resource Centers” on your campus or in your community. They pose as legitimate health centers and offer “free” pregnancy tests. In reality, most crisis pregnancy centers (CPC's) are not medical facilities at all. Learn more about these fake clinics and how you can bring the Feminist Majority Foundation's Campaign to Expose Fake Clinics to your campus. Stop the deception!

Sign our online petition now to demand an end to false and deceptive advertising practices and federal funding for fake clinics.

Women and Climate Change Campaign

Did you know that the largest generation of young people in human history is about to come of age?  Nearly half the world's population is under the age of twenty five. The decisions they make about family planning will make a huge impact on how many of billions of us there are on this planet, and what resources we have to go around. Experts determine that the first natural resource to be affected by climate change will be water.

Take Action on women and climate change!

National Young Women's Leadership Conference: From Campus to Congress a Resounding Success!

The Feminist Majority Foundation's National Young Women's Leadership Conference was a resounding success! Over 500 attendees came from across the country to discuss some of today's most pressing issues, including reproductive rights, crisis pregnancy centers, the environment, LGBTQ rights, violence against women, communities of color, the Convention to Eliminate all Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW), the situation of Afghan women and girls, the economy, and more.

The two-day conference was filled with some of today's leading feminist voices, including Hilda Solis, Tina Tchen, Lilly Ledbetter, Dolores Huerta, Eleanor Smeal, Dr. Sima Samar, and Shelby Knox. Many attendees also presented throughout the course of the conference.

Watch highlights from the conference on UStream and check out our Feminist Campus Blog to see how the conference went and keep checking for further updates.

Participants who took pictures or vidoes during the conference can send copies to campusteam@feminist.org - We would love to see them!
